Physical Operations Model
Give every facility, asset, robot and material a physical identity that survives movement, maintenance and change.
A tote leaves storage, enters a robot's custody and reaches a workcell whose equipment state has changed since the plan was issued. MAXACOR keeps the place, asset, material and relationship changes connected as the work moves. Semantic definitions may come from Lugh-E, but MAXACOR owns the physical identity, custody and operating-state evidence used during execution.
When it matters
A tote leaves storage, enters a robot's custody and reaches a workcell whose equipment state has changed since the plan was issued. MAXACOR keeps the place, asset, material and relationship changes connected as the work moves.

Section 1
col Title: Facility Topology
col Cont: An aisle closes and every affected route becomes visible before the next assignment. Operators see the physical consequence of a layout or access change.
Section 2
col Title: Asset and Robot Identity
col Cont: A controller is replaced during service and the robot returns with a different accountable configuration. Teams know exactly which machine and configuration performed the work.
Section 3
col Title: Material and Custody
col Cont: A batch splits across two workcells and one child enters quarantine. Genealogy and custody remain intact through movement, split, merge and disposition.
