Why we use Rust for our core
For a while the debate around systems' programming languages and languages for Enterprise application development as well as for general application development has been heating up, especially after the fearless concurrency of Rust was exploited for high performance applications, with additional experiments done by companies where idiomatic as well as semantic equivalence of existing C++, Java, or almost any other language could be achieved. Long gone are the days where multimodality of a specific language is limited to its own niche and its own specific use cases, at least if you are not stupid enough, to use a systems programming language for a full scale web renderer.
